1. Make use of the web. Use the power of the internet to find available government school grants in which you are eligible for. The internet offers wide information on this matter in little time possible. Use major seach engines like Google.com and Yahoo.com to search for Free School Grants or Free Government Grants. You can also narrow down your search say to "College Grants" + add a location to even customize and localize your search.

2. Fill in the Application. Once you have selected a school grant that you think you are qualified for, fill in the application carefully. If a grant proposal is required, make one but ensure that is impressive enough as you will have competitors as well for your school grant. Take time to draft your proposal. If you must, hire professional writers to do it for you.

3. Be Truthful in your application. Include relevant information required. If you are required to submit supporting documents, explicitly follow the requirements.

4. Don't give up. If your application for free government school grant is denied, apply for other school grants as well. Success is just a matter of time. If you don't make it today, tomorrow might be more favorable.
