Miss USA 2012 has been crowed. Beating 52 other young beautiful, intelligent women across the United States is Laura Kaeppeler. Her win makes her the first Miss Wisconsin that has taken home the crown since year 1972.
Miss USA 2012 gets a $50,000 scholarship. Miss Laura Kaeppeler's winning question was whether Miss America should declare her political affiliation? She answered by saying: "Miss America represents everyone ... Miss America represents all."
Second in place was Miss Oklahoma Betty Thompson while Miss New York Kaitlyn Monte placed third.
