How to Stop TMCOMBO15?

I don't know why TM has not provided for the information on how to stop TMCOMBO15 when they send the confirmation to the TMCOMBO15 subscription. Now, this has become a pain in the a$$. Without the TMCOMBO15 subscription stopped, the subscriber/user cannot register  for other promos, like Astigtxt10 (unlimited text), Astigtxtall, etc, which means that the subscriber is forced to text/call using his regular load which is very costly. So how do you stop TMCOMBO15 subscription? 

I made a call at the customer service hotline of TM and finally after several attempts my call got through and I was able to talk to a customer representative. Now I have the solution to stop TMCOMBO15 subscription.


To Stop TMCOMBO15 just text:


TMREW (space) OFF to 8888

Please share this on facebook as many TM Subscribers are looking for this information.

Try nyo na rin po ang keyword na to for other Rewards Subscription.

    Hello. Thank you for the info! It did work and the subscription ended. This was very helpful as I did not know how to stop the said subscription and I wanted to register to another promo.

    thanks for the info. calling the customer service of TM really is hellish. there are so many roundabout instructions while in about 2 secs if you can't press the number the voice prompt is asking it will cut you off. Nway, my problem was with the TM Combo15 or C15. Im sure it's been few days that my subscription has expired but I can't register again because it says I am still registered. But when I text a TM or a globe sim, I am deducted 1 peso. I text TMREW OFF and sent it to 8888 but no reply came. I thought there is really no reply so I register again by sending C15 to 8888. Same message: Sorry, ikaw ay kasalukuyan pang nakaregister sa TM COMBO. Pakshet talaga ang TM! Tanda na ng TM nagloloko pa rin system nila.
