Michaele Salahi accuses Whoopi Goldberg of hitting her?  The incident transpired on THE VIEW. As you can see on the video, Whoopi Goldberge touched Salahi telling her to get back to the subject on the White House incident.  Salahi did not react harshly to the touch, but now, it looks like Salahi felt Whoopi Goldberg hit her.
