Jack Tatum is dead! The "Assassin", one of the hardest hitters in the NFL, has died. He died at the age of 61 in a hospital in Oakland after a massive heart attack. Jack Tatum also suffered from diabetes and other health problems prior to his death.In connection with Darryl Stingley, Jack was the one who gave the hit in a preseason game that left New England Patriots Darryl Stingley paralyzed neck down.
Jack will be remembered as a great NFL player and a good person. May his soul rest in peace!
